The holidays are quickly approaching. As a mom, that means that there is a LOT to do. One chore I always dread is designing and sending holiday cards– I normally find it difficult to get my cards sent on time. This year I’m challenging myself to get it done early and I want to help all of you check it off your to-do list too. Below are my 3 tech tips to make sending cards hassle-free this holiday season. Go team!
1) Re-use Holiday Photos From Last Year! Don’t stress about brand new photos for the card this year. Instead choose the best pictures from last year. A perfect pic is probably on your phone right now. Don’t shy away from candid shots– it can help showcase your child’s personality.

Tech tip: The Shutterfly app easily uploads photos from your phone to your Shutterfly account and then you just go to the website later to make a nifty collage card.
2) Organize all of your holiday card addresses early! Instead of searching around for your family and friends’ addresses, take time to compile all of your contacts in one place.. It makes the whole process so simple once you’re ready to go.
Tech tip: Cozi just launched a new feature “Cozi Contacts.” It organizes all of your contacts from your family’s electronic devices and paper address books.
3) Personalize with a new font! Finding time to hand-write personal notes or address envelopes can be hard. Personalize the card a new way this year! Print your labels using a pretty script font, and have the kids draw pictures and add stamps or stickers to the back of the envelope.
Tech tip: Create your own handwriting font to use year after year. Check out My Script Font where you can customize a font that feels like you.
Happy holidays!
