Is your calendar fully marked up with work meetings, appointments, and deadlines? Do you feel like sometimes there just isn’t enough time in the day to get everything done?

Whether you’re running a business or simply running a household, staying up to date with emails, paperwork and schedules can be downright exhausting.

That’s why we’ve rounded up some of our favorite productivity hacks to help you organize all the information that’s constantly flowing through your devices so you can stay on top of your day rather than being drowned by it.

Yesware: This is an awesome Gmail service that helps you save time on email. The plug-in lets you know who read your email, as well as when, where and on what device. In addition, you can use customizable templates and share the highest reply rates with your team. We highly recommend this tool for any salesperson or avid email user who wants to get work done more efficiently (Free).

Dropbox: One of our favorite storing and sharing apps, Dropbox allows you to access any file you save from your computer, iPhone or iPad. If you spill coffee on your computer, you don’t need to worry because all of your information is saved in the cloud and can be retrieved. You can also allow friends and coworkers access to your files for easy sharing (2GB Free, iPhone, iOS 5.0 or later).

1Password: This app is perfect for those who have too many passwords to keep track of (and spend way too much time on the ‘Forgot Your Password?’ page). 1Password will create and store unique passwords so you can access all your accounts using one browser. It will securely store store credit card information, bank accounts, passports and much more. The app protects your data by keeping it on Auto-Lock if your device is ever lost or stolen (iPhone & iPad $7.99).

Prizmo: Download this app, and voila! – you have an on-the-go scanner. Simply hold your hand above any paper document, and the app will copy and send the information straight to your device. Save the image and then export and share it as a PDF/Text, vCard, or JPEG. This is great for sharing important forms, documents and articles (iPhone 3GS or later, iPad, iPod touch, iOS 6.0 or later $4.99).

Slice: This app is super helpful for anyone who loves to shop online. It keeps track of your online purchases by saving all your receipts, returns and exchanges including items bought on Groupon, Living Social and Gilt. Friendly push notifications will also alert you when the price changes on something you’ve recently purchased. Lastly, Slice, serves as a package tracker so you stay up to date with deliveries (iOS 5.0 or later, free).
