Recently, a lot of people have been asking us about our favorite apps and how we use them to simplify our lives. We wanted to share what apps we use the most and how we organize our phones by sharing homescreen shots. It feels a little personal to share our homescreens with the Internet, but here you go!

Nate, Production team

I do my best to keep my homescreen simple and efficient. By minimizing much of the clutter, it helps me navigate to my most used applications quickly. Many of the apps I use are from Google, because I can sync them with my laptop and move across platforms quickly. I like to think of my phone as an organizational tool, and keeping things de-cluttered is the only way I can focus on my tasks at hand.

I try to keep as many apps as possible on the front screen so I don’t have to constantly swipe through to check notifications. I organize related applications into folders and keep my most-used apps like Instagram and Evernote easy to find. I’m a big fan of commuting apps like Waze and CaltrainMe that get me where I’m going faster.

Ashmi, Marketing team

I like to think of my homescreen as my personal assistant, helping me get ahead on tasks on-the-go. I catch up on the news daily using Flipboard, access my work documents during my commute using Google Drive, expense my receipts on business trips with Expensify, and deposit checks and pay my bills with my handy Wells Fargo app.

Bradley, COO

I think of my homescreen as a second brain that helps me store information and keeps me organized. I use Evernote to keep my notes and ideas synced in the cloud, where I can access them any time. Things is a great task-management app for updating my to-do list, while Flow manages long-term projects and tasks across my entire team. Many of these apps sync with my Mac, such as my favorite calendar, Fantastical.
