It’s a bit disconcerting because there’s a lot of signals going across your face at anyone time.

Companion allows you to sign people up that you would want to alert if, heaven forbid, something were to happen on a walk home. If you go 15 minutes without responding to a prompt, Companion lets your people know.

The app provides activities and a motivational daily message with a social community element. Rx Breakup promises to help get over heartbreak in 30 days.

unnamedDuey Dialer (Free on Android & Coming soon to iOS) Helps drivers pulled over by law enforcement who think they’re potentially at risk for getting a DUI. Duey Dialer records the conversation with law enforcement and, if you don’t respond in a certain amount of time, the app alerts an attorney that your phone may have been confiscated. Police response has been mostly positive to Duey Dialer but always reminds drivers that the most preventable cause of death is drinking and driving, so just don’t do it.
